removing all formulas from a spreadsheet

Hi
I have created a large Spreadsheet with various table,pages etc, using formulae etc. Now I want to be able to delete all formulas and only leave the values behind. I know that I can do it manually by sheet using Special Paste, but is there a way to do it across 10 sheets in one go.

Just select all sheets (Right click any worksheet tab & choose Select All Sheets). Then do your Edit, Goto, Formulas. Press delete et voila!
