Excel97 simple multiplication

I have a simple workbook in front of me with 30 odd sheets, none interlinked, no formulae and colums of prices that I simply want to raise by a factor of 1.1, ie put 10% on top of each figure or set of figures that I can highlight. I then do not want to left with a trace formula for customer to read and analyse.
I could add columns and formula and then hide and password protect, but then I have to upset all my formatting for client printing because of rows with text wrap and cell merge amongst the figures.

Some simple help please.
Roger Davies.

Roger,

Have a look at Paste Special, Multiply. Here's a quick example.

Go into an empty cell and enter the number 1.1. Click Copy.
Now highlight the sheets and column you want to raise the numbers in. Click Edit, Paste Special, then Multiply then OK.

Dax.
