ID numbers without colon to export to Access.

Hi,
I've got a list of items with their respective ID number. The ID can be numeric (2569, 00279) as well as alphanumeric (INT00326). For those numbers that start with a 0, a colon (')is inserted so that the 0's are preserved. Unfortunately when I tried to import this list within Access, it causes an error due to "'". How can I format my list of ID number so that the import within Access goes without error? Thanks for your help.

Don't use a colon -- format as Text instead (nt)

Just for the record -- it's an apostrophe; not a colon (nt)
