Customisation Problem

Hi,
I have one column which has value in the format
mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM, But in the Excel sheet we get only mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm. I can Manually Customise it.

Please tell me to automate it. ie, whenever I open the Excel sheet all the Fields mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM should be displayed .

Please suggest me a way of Auto custmisation

Not sure what you mean by "value in the format". Or what the value is - is it a date/time such as =Now() ?

Anyway, have you formatted the cell(s) to what you want? If not, try this:

-Select the cells in which you want the format
-In the Main menu, select Format/Cells/
-Select the Number tab
-Select Custom (at the bottom)
-In the box labelled "Type" insert
mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM
-Click "OK"
-Save the Workbook

Should always show the required format.
