Shading question

I have a workbook with 2 sheets. On sheet 2 I have listed shift A (600-1500), Shift B (800-1700), Shift C(1200-2100). On Sheet 1 I have the hours in a day listed horizontaly across the top. What I am wanting is for the data in Sheet 2 to shade the boxes horizontally on sheet 1. That way when I change the data on sheet 2, I can view it in somewhat of a "graph" style on sheet 1. Can I write a macro to do this? If so, please help. Thanks.

Hi Jonathan

Not too sure I understand you, but it sounds like Conditional Formatting mabe what you are after. This is found under "Formatting" on the Worksheet Menu Bar.
