Excel cell formats

How do I merge or format cells into an email address??
e.g.Simon . Hadwin @hotmail.com
each of these peices of text are in a seperate cell (simon in one cell, the dot in another etc)

assuming all the pieces of text are in cells A1 to G1, use this: =A1&B1&C1&D1&E1&F1&G1.

You appear to have spaces in your example which is unusual for an email address, but assuming they are meant to be there, use =A1&" "&B1&" "&C1&" "&D1&E1&F1&G1
