Function to calculate % change in cell range

I am compiling end of year stats. I need to know which function will calculate the % difference (either + or -).

there isn't a function. Use =B/A - 1 and format as %. Subtracting the 1 has the
effect of removing 100% from the ratio; saves the extra step of subtracting.
