NEED A FORMULA

I want to look at a large list of codes. Some codes can be listed two different ways, but I want to be constant on one code. Currently I am using an IF statement: =IF(B3="FMY","RSW","")&IF(B3="YTO","YYZ".. (20different codes). Does anyone know a simpilar formula such as If(b3=("fmy","rsw"("yto","yyz...ect
