Sorting and performing functions by subtotal

I have a set of data that I have subtotaled by day. What I need to do is copy all days that are subtotaled to zero to another worksheet (or possible at the top of the worksheet). I have tried to sort the info by filtering, but it only gathers the subtotal amount, not all the underlying totals.

I would be so grateful for any help.

I can't tell exactly what you need, but have you tried highlighting all the data, then using Data-Sort, and sort on the subtotal column (ascending).

I did try that and it did not work

Maybe if you could describe how your data is oriented.

This is how the data is gathered (see below)
Each Journal ID is subtotaled by amount (which may consist of several underlying amounts).

So, what I need is to take any jounral id that subtotals to zero and either put it into another sheet or at the top of the active sheet.

The problem I am having is when you subtotal and collapse all info except the subtotals, when you perform functions on the subtotal it doesn't take all of the underlying data (not shown b'c collapsed) into account. i.e. if I copy a subtotal it doesn't also copy the supporting amounts.

Column a column b column c column d
account journal id date amount

Maybe if you could describe how your data is oriented. : I did try that and it did not work :
