USING MATCH FUNCTION

I NEED TO GET A FORMULA THAT WILL DO A MATCH BY COMPARING TWO COLUMNS IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. BELOW SHOWS
USA - MEXICO & MEXICO - USA. I NEED TO CATCH THIS BY
USING A FORMULA.

EXAMPLE:
Column1 Column2
USA MEXICO
CANADA USA
PUERTO RICO USA
MEXICO MEXICO
AUSTRALIA USA
MEXICO USA

in column d I used The formula =B1&" "&A1
in column e I used the formula =A1&" "&B1

in column c I used the formula =IF(ISERROR(MATCH(D1,E$1:E$6,0))," ","Match")
