Columns have changed to numbers!

HELP!!!
Suddenly, for all worksbooks, the column headers have been replaced with numbers.
This is making a vertical lookup impossible.

Help me please.

Change back the reference style via Tools|Options on the General tab by unchecking R1C1 reference style.

R1C1?

Check under Tools-Options-General and deselect the R1C1 reference style.
