converting seconds to exact time

Hi,
Excel makes it easy to convert time to exact seconds. For example, when formatting time with the [ss] option,
11/19/01 11:20 AM converts to 3215348401
and
12:14 PM converts to 44059.
What I'm having trouble with, is I'm getting exact seconds from a unix server, and wanting excel to convert that back to an exact time. It this feature even possible?!
Pulling my hair out!!

Try unix seconds divided by 86400 and see if that give you what you want. (format it to time)
