Does anyone know how to do this???

Hi everyone. My problem is this: I have a nicely formatted report template on one worksheet with no values. The values for this rpt are imported from a dbf. The record count of the .dbf is min 1 and max 150. How can I import the .dbf so that it fits exactly into the formatted template. I cosidered conditional formatting, but the "Totals" row at the bottom caused me a problem. I also considered making my template 150 rows long, importing the data, and then deleting any "un-used" rows. But I don't know if it's possible to set up a conditional delete row function?? This problem is probably trivial to you guys but I don't have extensive Excel experience.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
btw: no pressure, but I'm on a deadline 4 this. LOL

Thanks.
EG
