Drop Down Between Sheets

Is there a workaround for using the drop down menus and having the source be another sheet in the workbook? It won't allow me to use a source in another sheet.

Thanks.

You could name it, say "list" via the name box.

For your source in validation put in =list

Good luck

Perfect! Step two...

That's perfect IML! Now step 2, the list contains cells that are blank. which I don't want. Even when I check ignore blank in the validation, the empty cells still show up in the drop down list. Any ideas on how to elimnate those blank cells?

Thanks again.

Re: Perfect! Step two...

The list that you named "List" contains apparently blanks. Try to eliminate the blanks from the "List". Maybe by sorting it... and renaming the new non-blank range "List".
