How do I change the HORIZONTAL column header atop the spreadsheet from A B C D E, ETC., TO 1 2 3 4 5 AND BACK.

Use the Tools | Options... menu command to change
the "R1C1 reference style" setting on the "General"
tab.

I found info on this and I am putting it out there to get some help. It seems that this is R1C1 reference style. Does anyone know how to turn this on and off.
