Excel 2000 Saving problem

Hello
I have a user trying to save an Excel 2000 file over the network but getting this error:

"Save Not Completed. File Rename Failed. Retry?"

She can save it to her hard drive, but not over the network. The network permissions are set up OK. Any ideas?

PS - TechNet refers to it, but has no idea either!

Hi Rich:

Possible illegal characters in the filename and/or filename-length not tolerated by network drives?
