Faster duplication

I need to make several copies of a spreadsheet. (Each one is a new file.) which is faster, having the file open and using the "SaveAs", or having a 3rd file's macro doing "Copy"?

Tom,
The copy will definitely be faster because it just does an image copy, whereas Excel must gather information from a number of different places prior to doing a save. The difference shouldn't be noticeable unless the file is pretty large or you have to make a lot of copies.
