Form in excel

When opening a form using VBA in Excel, is it possible to open the form modeless instead of modal? If so, what is the syntax because I can't find it anywhere. Thank you.

Modeless forms can only be used in Excel 2000, it was not an option in XL97.
In Excel 2000 use this code:
UserForm1.Show vbModeless
