HELP! Cannot view my workbook!

I hope someone can help... When I open my workbook, I have nothing but a blank Excel window. I tried selecting the Windows option on my toolbar to see if I could find it, but it's not listed. When I open VB, I do see it, and all the spreadsheets in it, but I can't get to it! Any ideas on what I've done, or how to fix it??? Thanks anyone who can help!
