How to enable "Print Titles" in print preview

Hi! I can't seem to enable the "Print Titles" on each page function in the print preview settings window. The choice is greyed out and I can't figure out how to turn it on. I've tried defining an area and calling it "Titles" and also defining labels, but neither worked.

Hi
The Page / Sheet / Print Titles setup
is only accessable via the File / Page Setup
In PrintPreview / Setup the Print Titles
is not enabled.
