how to import csv to a column not a row

I have a text file. It has comma separated information. The wizard only appears to allow me to
save each value into it's own column. I would like the data all in one column. How can I do this? Thank you very much. I am stumped.

Hi
Put in all in columns like the wizard wants then select all the cells, copy, select "A1" then pasteSpecial|Transpose.
This will do what you want.
