Importing PRN file into Excel. Not recognizing negatives.

I have a legacy system with some accounting information I want to import into Excel. The problem is that in the legacy system, negative numbers are expressed with the dash at the end of the number i.e. $4,545.23-. When I import a PRN file into excel and make the proper column breaks, Excel treats all the negative numbers as labels. Any ideas?

I can manually edit each cell, moving the negative from the back to the front. It works, but I'm looking for a quicker method.
