Linking sheets

Is it possible to link an entire sheet to another file? I am trying to make a sheet that when I make a change to the sheet, or add things to the sheet the changes or additions get added to the linked sheet. Or is it only possible to link cells?

Ans: formatting applied to additional worksheets.
The "Across worksheets" command button will do this
View toolbars- or R click any toolbar
Customize / Commands / Edit
then look for "Across worksheets"
and add this button to your toolbars via drag & drop.
Select the range to copy format then
select the sheets while holding down the shift key......the Across sheets button will then
be enabled .....just click this and select the option you want.
Or select ranges and sheets first, then customize menu
Can add formatting anytime-ranges are locked in

Response: I want it to work between workbooks, not just worksheets in the same workbook. Is it possible?

This is great, but how can I get it to change column assignments(i.e., link column g in worksheet a to column b in worksheet b)?

This is wonderful, but can I alter which column the information is sent? For example, I need the data from column g in worksheet a link to column b in worksheet b.
