Lost min/max/close buttons in Excel Menu (top right)

Can someone tell me how to restore these? I have to use File, Exit now. the workbook icons work normally. I don't know what I did to create this condition.

Hi Jim

You probably have Workbook Protection on for Windows.

Go to Tools>Protection>Unprotect Workbook. Hopefully you won't be prompted for a password.
