Negatives?

Is there any way (other than though use of formulas) to make a column of positive numbers negative?

If they are all positive, you can put -1 on in cell and copy it. Highlight your area and use paste special using the multiply function.

OR . . .

You could try find the negative sign and replacing it with an equal sign, depending on your formating. This would solve the problem if you have some positives mixed in.
