Opening 2 Spreadsheets

I have noticed that when I open a ceratin Spreadsheet, it opens it twice. 1 will say spread:1 and the other will say spread:2
Does anyone know what this is and how do i stop opening both of them.

Terry --

You must have activated New Window under Window. Just close those the open windows and save your file.
