Robb,

If I were to use copy and paste data to the range in sheet1 for a no. of rows, the VB yu gave me could not work, it works only when I type in values, How to make sheet2 formula auto fill down when there is a number greater than 0 is entered or pasted in sheet1, and value that equals 0 should not be drag and filled?

By the way, because I have different names of sheet1 on all my workbooks, is it possible to replace "sheet1" to 'first sheet', and how to implement this to the VB? Thanks again for your time.

: The following is an example of the workbook that I intent to make,

Ian

All would be possible - just one question at this stage:
do you mean that, if a zero is entered in any of the cells
in columns A to E of any row of the first sheet, that row should not be copied in
the other sheet?

Regards

Ian : It occurred to me that, since you will be entering values in a row, it may be easier for you if the next cell in the row activates after A. Use this instead

In Sheet1 A2 ~ E8 has links to data on other workbook that I copied and pasted, sometime the last few rows values are 0, (this happens only at the last few rows), and I want those rows that have positive values (the first few rows) to be auto formulated in sheet2 (drag and fill).

Please let me know if yu need anymore info, Thanks
