removing the ABC & 123 indicators

Does any1 know how 2 removing the ABC & 123 indicators.

Have a look in the Tools, options, view menu at the top of the screen

Choose the Tools | Options... menu command and
uncheck the "Row & column headers" Window option
on the View tab.
