row and column in the worksheet

Is there any way to swich row and column in a large spreadsheet?

I have this huge spreadsheet with customer info pulled out of some database, and the label (column) and data field (row) is opposite of my own. Do I need to manually change the format?

Select the cell Range that you want to switch.
Then, click Copy .
Next, select the upper-left cell of the paste range area. Note: The paste area must be outside the copy area. You can delete the old columns if needed, latter.
Then, On the Edit menu, select Paste Special, also check the Transpose check box.

"Transpose" on the "Paste Special" menu is the trick. You can also write a macro to do this!
