Row & Column Headings that move...

At one time, I saw a spreadsheet where the names of people (example) were listed in the gray "row boxes" or so it looked. Whenever the user went past the screen range, these heading moved too so the user could have easier input.

How can you do this?

select the rown below or column to the right of whst you want to always view... and the go to windows/freeze..
