Toolbars

I have a spreadsheet on my machine that has its own
toolbar I created. Now, I need to give this sheet to
someone else. Is their a way to save it and or send it
to the other user with the new tool bar embedded in the
sheet somehow?

You embed custom toolbars by using View/Toolbars/Customize -- on the first tab there's an Attach button. When user opens file they get the toolbar.
