Using images in excel

I want to fillout the invoices of my bussines using excel, so I scanned an invoice and inserted into excel, but I have two problems, first I can't write on the image and second when I print, it prints what I write and the image, and I don't want that the image prints.

Can you help me????

Hi Hugo:
Here is what you can do. After you have inserted the image, right click on the picture then FORMAT_PICTURE|PROPERTIES and uncheck PRINT OBJECT -- this will make sure that this object is not printed. Now for writing on the image -- you can do one of two things, 1) either write what ever you have to write first and then insert the picture; or 2) if you want to insert the picture first, then create a TextBox on top of the picture and write in the Text Box and format it to suit your needs. Please post whther it works for you!

Thanks for your help Yogi, the printing problem is done, but about the writing on the image, the options that you gave me don't work for me, because what I want is to have the invoice in excel and fill out the different concepts like client's name, address, import, tax and keep track of that information using formulas, macros.

I have tried something else in the menu FORMAT/Sheet/background I insert the image, it is something like a wallpaper; doing this I can write on the image but the problem is that when I insert the image it changes its original size.

Thanks again and I appreciate your help
