Wanted good sites for learning Excel

Hi,
I'm new to excel and would really like to learn it so I have a good skill set for the workplace. Could someone post some good learning resources (websites, books) for learning the program please.

www.cpearson.com is great. there's plenty of others, but beside this one (mrexcel) and cpearson, it's pretty skimpy. make sure to check out the links where you search; some have good info...

Here is an awesome site for Excel training. I just went through the Excel training and now I am going on to VBA training.
