Made a new pivot table but all headers are missing pick arrows.

What's a pick arrow? Are you confusing a PivotTable
with an Autofiltered list?

Hi Loren
Pivot Table headers will only have "pick arrows" (filters) if they are in the Page field position. Click and drag your heading up to the very top of the Pivot Table until they change to a step shape then release.
