printing more than two columns per page

Posted by Melissa on November 18, 2001 1:18 PM

I'm having a bit of a problem printing. I have two very long columns. Is it possible to print more than just two columns on a sheet (say four columns instead of two) to save some paper?

How someone can help!

Go to: File/Page Setup/Page

In the scaling section, select either the scale of original size for printing, or you can select x pages wide by y pages tall. HTH

Also under your page set-up, under the options menu, depending on your printer and driver, you may be able to select to print more than one page per sheet. As I say, depends on how up to date your printer and driver are, and whether the printer supports this function.
