Autorun Macro Machine dependant

Hi,
I've seen some amazing stuff on these pages lately.
So I thought someone must know how to Autorun a macro when it is opened on
a specific machine.
I thought the macro could check for a unique signature from the PC in use.
If the signature matched then the macro would kick in.

Any ideas?

The excel program will run on individual hard drives
The workbook will be emailed to the main office and opened by
the accounts dept, the macro will unlock the sheet and unhide
various columns.
