Disable - "Enable/Disable Macro Warning"

Is there a way to disable the warning message that comes up when ever a workbook is opened containing a macro? If so, can it be disabled from within the workbook containing the macro?

I turned mine off by going on your toolbar to Tools>Macro>Security>then choosing low (thats for Excel 2000)
