emailing a single worksheet from a workbook

We have developed a nice timesheet application. It would be nice if we could e-mail this weeks timesheet without creating addition files (temp. files would be fine).

I have done this and if you copy the sheet to a new workbook. send the workbook and then close it without saving it

you do this by saying
activeworkbook.saved=true
activeworkbook.close
