How to Disable Macro Prompt

I have a file containing macroes. Everytime I open the file, there is always a Prompt asking me whether to Enable or Disable the Macro contained in the file. Is it possible not to have this Prompt when opening a macro-contained file.

Click on Tools > Macro > Security > Security level tab, and select Low.
