macro within a macro

can i call a macro from within a macro????

i want to call a macro that works on another workbook from within a macro in my "Main.xls" workbook whick has buttons like a menu.......

Yes, you can.

Application.Run "Main.xls!Macro_Name"

will run a macro named "Macro_Name" that is in the file named "Main.xls".
