Need a Macro, or something...

The workbooks I am using are over 7MB in size.

To reduce these (reports) I need to be able to press CTRL Z, for example and the set details will appear below the details I have just entered. The problem is the calculations are on 4 different sheets and so the different details on theses sheets also have to be copied down.

example
sheet1

{Address1} ____2000/01__{175.00}__{220.00}__{210.00}__700.00__40.00
_______________2001/02_______________________________650.00__33.00
_______________2002/03_______________________________620.00__30.00
.
.
{Address2} ____2000/01__{555.00}__{1000.00}__{900.00}__1500.00__140.00
_______________2001/02_______________________________1450.00__120.00
_______________2002/03_______________________________1410.00__110.00

The details in face brackets {} I need to enter myself, but after I have entered these details, I want to press CTRL Z for Address 2 to appear below.

The other sheets will follow the original layout of that sheet, but will pull through the figures from sheet1 above. If you need any more details or clarification please just say.

Good luck on that one, its one for the VBA boys, its not so much of a question as a project, maybe a different approach is needed and scripts codes are fine, but not easy to edit and maintain unless your clued up in VBA Scripts.

Leys hope a good VBA programmer is about.
Take care and good luck.

NB Keep your work simple and see if there is another way thats easier for you to do.

Nothing personal. me just being careful, re post and i hope you get the help we all get, sometime as if you read my postes, i hate virus programmers OKi admit they are extreamly cleaver butthey could help us all a lot more than being distructive.

I shy from any web page or file in general i dont even like the name of, format or even the lock of, my policy is simple if its not mine and brand new then i dont trsts it.

My post often say keep it safe keep it legal, best way i feel, sorry if i was a bit strong, but like i say i feel best way...

Go on re post...

Take car good luck
