removing macros

Can someone please tell me how to remove macros from my excel spreadsheet?

I need to know how to do this too!

I removed them via Tools-Macro - remove (or delete)
but each time I open Excel, it still thinks I have them.

then delete the ones you don't want

Chris-

Thanks for your help! I removed the macro, but when I open the document, it still asks if I want to run macros. I looked at all of the options (this workbook, the name of the sheet I had open, etc) and I didn't see any macros left. Is there a way to refresh the document to remove the macro?
Please let me know.
