2 data tables with a user selection to feed 1 final table?

Hello,

I was actually looking for a way where i can have 2 data tables, with data by day where a user can select
which data should be used\shown in table 3 (the input table).
Which formula or VBA should i use to achieve this?
The input table should be dynamic so there will be no empty or zero lines in between (and i kinda got stuck there).

Please see my example file. Table B:D is the final input table.
The 2 tables that take the user selection are on the right.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
