I'm sure I's stupid on this but i am stumped. I have data in table format. I need to add a formula to the bottom of a column. When I add the next row, the formula is not copied down. I cannot add this formula to the top row in the column..any suggestions?

Make sure the auto format option is working,
Navigate to Options/Proofing/AutoCorrrect Options...(button)/AutoFormat as you Type;
Tick all boxes including "Include new rows and columns in table " & "Fill Formulas in tables to create calculate columns"
Navigate to Options/Proofing/AutoCorrrect Options...(button)/AutoFormat as you Type;
