What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hey Justin,

You can acheive that with conditional formatting. Select cell H4 & insert the below formula in the conditional formatting editor, select the desired color then copy the cell cross your range

=AND(H$3>=$E4,H$3<=IF($F4=0,"23:59",$F4))
