Hello,

Does anyone know how to auto populate a cell from a large drop down list?

E.g. There are circa 200 people on this list. It would be good so when I start typing the first few letters it auto populates.

I should be grateful for any help with this please?

Thanks in advance.

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
All sorry,

As is the way of things, no sooner had I posted this than a eureka hit.

The solution (maybe not ideal, but it works fine for this scenario), was to take the entire list and paste it below the 4 columns where the drop down boxes are needed.
Now when we type in the names they auto populate.

Solved.
