Auto-populate Text in one worksheet into a table on another worksheet

Is there a way to auto-populate text into a table on a different sheet?

I have Date (Column N), Time(Column O), Message (Column Q) in on worksheet and would like it to be auto-added to a table in a different worksheet

Do you want to solve this by formulas only? With VBA everything is possible .. well almost ...
