Hi,

I currently have graphs which compare last years figures to this years figures.
However I report on these monthly and do not want to show what the figures are from last year for future months, I only want to compare form beginning of the year until now.
I have all the data from last year in a table but just wondering how to auto update when a new month begins rather than having to click through each graph individually to update for a new month.
I hope this makes sense but please ask if you do not know fully what I mean.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Steven

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
set your data range much wider, then hide the rows / columns you don't want to display. to update just unhide a new col/row and hide the other end
