Afternoon All,

i have an excel doc with a Vlookup formula that has worked fine for a long time, now it isn't working and i can figure out while.

the formula works great until i autofill but dragging down the the little square in the corner, then the values all mirror the first value instead of showing the correct value. the strangest part is that if i click on one of the cells with the mirrored value and select the formula and hit enter... the correct value then shows.

The formula i am using is =VLOOKUP($F18,Wages!$A$1:$H$388,8,FALSE)

Any ideas would be a great help, Thanks
Jay
