Curious about the best way to clean-up after running code. I often run code that utilizes Workbook, Worksheet, Range, ADODB.Connection and ADODB.Recordset variables, sometimes all in the same procedure. At the end of the code I set all variables equal to nothing (e.g., Set dbConn = Nothing). Is this the best way to clean-up at the end of a procedure? Should I do anything with string and numeric variables?

I ask because some routines take longer to run each successive time I run them.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.
